Outposts of this slick Dutch concept (more club than supper) already exist in Amsterdam and Rome, with London and Singapore on the way. At the newly opened San Francisco branch, Amsterdam's Concrete Architectural Associates made sure there was plenty of space for DJs, VJs, and performance artists to do their work. A five-course tasting menu is served to customers lounging on beds instead of sitting at tables. Those crazy Dutch.
